Jim and Linda have been full-time residents of Sturgeon Bay and Door County since 1971 and have been selling real estate since 1991.
Both are originally from Michigan and graduates of Michigan State University. Jim graduated with a degree in Secondary Education and began teaching History and coaching football, basketball & track at Sevastopol High School. He has been active in his profession as a board member and President of the Wisconsin Council of Social Studies; has been active locally: serving on the Sturgeon Bay Common Council for 4 terms, Sturgeon Bay Utilities Commission, Door County Library Board, church finance council, Door County Habitat for Humanity board, and has donated over 90 pints of blood to the American Red Cross blood drives.
Linda graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Journalism and began her career as a staff writer for the Door County Advocate. She has been a member of the Sturgeon Bay Rotary Club and served as its President. Linda has also been active with the Sunshine House and Jak’s Place.
